A comprehensive expose of the ‘targeted individual’ phenomenon, aka. ‘gang-stalking’ one of the prefered assassination techniques of the cabal and means of experimenting on the population under the guise of ‘safety and security’. The document is comprised of two parts:
1) a handbook on the phenomenon: how to deal with it and how to prevent or mitigate harm to oneself and others;
2) a philosophical analysis of the phenomenon from an esoteric vantage point: expounding upon various techniques of detaching oneself from what is done as well as who is doing it; why and how.
